The catch is that by default they enable an optional tip on the second page of the form.
That money goes directly to them and as I mentioned
it's enabled by default and is not small.

There is a cost to the shul per transaction and we respectfully request that people click
the "I'd like to add to my donation to help offset the cost of processing fees" button.
If we see that people do not do so when sponsoring items that have a fixed cost to the shul
(i.e. Shalosh Seudos, or Kiddaishim) we will be forced to increase their cost to include the fee.
